I believe therapy can be helpful for anyone, whether you’re navigating something significant or simply wanting things to feel a little different. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re carrying.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that supports the processing of distressing or overwhelming experiences.
At times, difficult experiences can remain “stuck,” continuing to affect how you feel, think, and respond in the present. EMDR helps the brain process these experiences so they can be integrated in a way that feels less distressing and more resolved.
EMDR involves gently bringing attention to aspects of a memory while engaging in bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping). This supports the brain’s natural capacity to process and organise experiences, allowing memories to feel less vivid and less intrusive over time.
EMDR is commonly used to support:
Trauma and complex trauma
Distressing or intrusive memories
Anxiety and panic
Phobias
Telehealth / Online Therapy
I offer therapy via secure online video sessions, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
Telehealth can be a helpful option if you are balancing a busy schedule, located outside of Melbourne, or simply prefer the flexibility of meeting online.
Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns. What matters most is the quality of the therapeutic relationship, which can be developed in both settings.
All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera.
Telehealth services are primarily offered within Australia. In some circumstances, I may be able to work with clients located overseas, depending on location and professional requirements. Please get in touch to discuss.
