Fees and Rebates
I aim to be transparent about fees so you can make informed decisions about your care. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Therapy Session Fees
Standard Therapy Session (50 minutes)
Fee: $250
Medicare rebate (eligible clients): $149.05
Out-of-pocket cost after rebate: $100.95
Extended Therapy Session (80 minutes)
Fee: $360
Medicare rebate (eligible clients): $149.05
Out-of-pocket cost after rebate: $210.95
Notes: Payment is processed on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made via card or bank transfer. Extended sessions may be helpful for EMDR therapy, more in-depth therapeutic work, or where additional time and support is needed.
Clinical Supervision Fees
Clinical Supervision (50 minutes)
Fee: $210 + GST
Note: Supervision is not eligible for Medicare or private health rebates.
Do I Need a Referral?
No. You are welcome to book an appointment without a referral.
A referral is only required if you wish to claim Medicare rebates or access certain third-party funding arrangements.
Medicare
Eligible clients may access Medicare rebates through the Better Access to Mental Health Care Scheme with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.
Under this scheme, eligible clients can generally access rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. Your referring doctor will usually review your progress after the first 6 sessions before referring for additional sessions if appropriate.
Medicare rebates can usually be processed at the end of the appointment, with the rebate paid directly back into your nominated bank account.
Private Health Insurance
Some private health funds may provide rebates for psychological therapy depending on your level of cover. Please check directly with your insurer regarding eligibility and rebate amounts.
DVA
I am registered to provide psychological therapy for eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients.
If you have a valid DVA referral, your sessions may be billed directly to DVA, meaning there is no out-of-pocket cost for approved services.
Please contact me before booking so I can confirm the referral details and suitability of the service.
National Redress Counselling and Psychological Care
I am an approved provider under the Victorian National Redress Counselling and Psychological Care (CPC) Service for eligible survivors of institutional child sexual abuse.
This service provides funded counselling and psychological care for people who have accepted an offer through the National Redress Scheme.

NDIS
I may be able to provide psychological therapy for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, depending on your goals, funding category, and whether my services are an appropriate fit for your needs.
I am not able to provide services to NDIA-managed participants at this stage.

Reduced Fee and Bulk-Billed Appointments
I believe that access to psychological support should not be determined solely by financial circumstances. For this reason, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee and bulk-billed appointments for people experiencing financial hardship.
Availability is limited and these appointments are offered at my discretion.
If cost is preventing you from accessing support, please feel welcome to get in touch to discuss your circumstances and whether a reduced-fee or bulk-billed appointment may be available.
Private (No Referral)
You are welcome to attend therapy without a referral. In this case, the full session fee applies.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
