Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for psychologists and counsellors seeking a reflective and supportive space to develop their practice.

I genuinely value the process of supervision and see it as a cornerstone of our profession. It is a space where we can pause, think more deeply about our work, and remain connected to both the clinical and human aspects of what we do.

I am a Board Approved Supervisor and a Clinical Psychologist, and I provide supervision that supports both the development of clinical skills and the ongoing formation of professional identity.

My Approach

My approach to supervision is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create a space where you feel able to bring both your strengths and uncertainties, and where clinical work can be explored in a thoughtful and contained way. Together, we can reflect on case material, develop formulation, and consider how your own responses, patterns, and experiences may be shaping the therapeutic process.

Supervision is not only about problem-solving, but about deepening understanding, building confidence, and remaining connected to the meaning and complexity of the work. I draw on my experience in trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, and parts-based approaches, supporting supervisees to develop an integrated and reflective way of working.

Professional Experience

I have experience providing supervision to a diverse range of clinicians, including psychologists, counsellors, school counsellors, and psychotherapists. This includes extensive work supervising Cambodian clinicians, supporting the development of psychological practice within a cross-cultural context. This experience informs a culturally responsive and thoughtful approach to supervision, with sensitivity to different training pathways, frameworks, and ways of understanding mental health.
